Zion's Service Ministries host Inner 'G' Experience as part of 150th anniversary celebra

On June 27, Zion Baptist Church (ZBC) of Marietta hosted Style: The Inner Experience, a phenomenal, theatrical multimedia fashion presentation that reflects history’s impact on self-image, spirituality, love and expression through style! Two shows were held at 1 p.m. and

7 p.m. in our New Fellowship Hall.

Our History:

Zion Baptist Church was founded by former slaves in 1866 and is recognized as the oldest African American Baptist church in Marietta, GA. Pastor Harris T. Travis has served as senior pastor since 1992. Zion’s monumental Sesquicentennial Anniversary (150th) theme

is “Remembering the Past, Rejoicing in the Present, Ready for the Future.”
